A Fishing Weekend Delight
We loved the boat slip access, which made our fishing trip seamless. The staff were genuinely helpful, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. Plus, the location near the marina was a bonus!
However, the hotel showed significant signs of wear. The bathroom fixtures looked outdated, the furniture seemed old and uncomfortable, and the lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

Why didn't I try this sooner?
The location is prime—just a short stroll to the marina, pier, and Pirate area. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly host. My room was spotless, featuring soft towels and an updated bathroom. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and great service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was ideal for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, with the marina area just a short walk away. The food was a highlight, especially the delicious Manchego ratatouille served at the on-site restaurant. However, the room had significant maintenance issues, including a leaking shower head and uncomfortable chairs, which detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, we encountered some unwelcome pests, making it difficult to relax during our stay.

During our stay with my aunt, we absolutely loved the boat slip access for our fishing trip. The helpful staff made everything easy, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location near the marina was a definite bonus, giving us awesome views.
My kids wished for a better selection of room sizes. they found the beds too small for comfort.

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Port Isabel with real value for money. The place was relatively clean throughout my stay. Bring your own snacks since the kitchen is a bit sparse on supplies.

I arrived at the One-Bedroom Suite after a long drive. The room was clean, and I appreciated the ample space, though the furniture felt quite dated. The tile floors had cracks, which made them look a bit worn. The air conditioning unit worked well, keeping the temperature comfortable throughout my stay. The kitchen area was a nice touch, though I found it sparse on utensils and supplies. I enjoyed the on-site restaurant. The food was decent, but it closed too early at 7 PM, making it difficult to enjoy dinner after a long day. I had a bit of trouble with the door lock. it didn't always secure properly, which added to my concerns for safety. While the staff were helpful, I wish they offered more amenities, like a breakfast option. Having a boat slip available was a bonus for my fishing trip, but I experienced some noise from the street during evenings, which could be off-putting. It would be great if they upgraded some of the old fixtures in the bathroom too.

The overall condition of the room felt quite dated, with noticeable wear on furniture and fixtures. I had a tricky time with the door lock, which didn’t always secure properly, and the bathroom setup needed additional toilet paper, as they only provided one roll. The lack of a breakfast option also felt like a missed chance, and the bar closes ridiculously early at 7 pm on weekends—so don’t expect a late-night drink after a long day. Additionally, I found some small stains on the sheets that could use attention, and the shower pressure was a bit lacking.
